VIVICITA is still a small studio, and we're intentionally growing one step at a time. At this stage, most opportunities are freelance or part time, with the hope of building long term relationships as the company grows.
We believe the future of creative work will look very different. Rather than replacing creativity, AI allows us to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time designing thoughtful jewellery and meaningful experiences. We are constantly exploring better ways to work, and we're looking for people who are excited to build that future with us.

Jewellery Designer
(Remote)
Think of this role as an extension of our design team. You'll transform our design briefs into jewellery concepts without meeting clients directly, so strong visualisation skills are essential.
A background in jewellery isn't required. If you have a good eye for proportion, aesthetics, and wearability, and can bring ideas to life from words alone, we'd love to hear from you. Most importantly, you should understand VIVICITA's design language.

Design & Sales assistant

Support our designers during bespoke consultations and help clients make confident design decisions. We're looking for someone with a good eye for aesthetics, a caring personality, and a willingness to learn. Perfect English isn't required. Fresh graduates and aunties with a young heart are equally welcome.
Software Engineer / Operations
(Remote)
Help us rethink how a modern jewellery studio should operate. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, automating workflows, and using AI to improve efficiency across design, operations, and customer experience.
Content creator
(Remote)
Photo retouching, video production, editing, and visual storytelling. We're looking for someone who can create content that feels genuine and understands how AI can speed up production without sacrificing quality.
